About Our Organization
Helping Animals and Humans Alike
Founded in 2010, formally known as Pandas Furry Friends (PFF), Shaddow's Helping Paws and Team SHP has been working hard with the help of our members and volunteers to help humans and animals in our area. Our work is dedicated to rescuing animals and humans in need of help, and we strive to inspire and improve the lives of those who need assistance. How We Help
Since the beginning of SHP, we’ve worked around the clock to expand our causes and help those who need our help. The Rescue of Animals
SHP was started as just an animal rescue. Members of SHP respond to the aid of injured, lost, or orphaned animals. We relocate animals that ended up in undesired places. We also provide transportation to state licensed Animal Rehabilitators in order to give the animal the best possible chance of survival. SHP has grown since and we do more than just animal rescue.
Fostering of Animals
Fostering can be a quick route to a fur-ever home for an animal. Whether the animal finds its fur-ever home within the foster home, or the fur-ever home is someone else, fostering is a great alternative to an animal shelter or pound. We are the last step before an animal finds their fur-ever home. You can foster an animal too.

One of our main causes here at Shaddows Helping Paws and Team SHP is Volunteer Opportunities, an issue that touches many lives, particularly those in the Bennington, VT. area. Christmas Donations
One of the main reasons Shaddows Helping Paws and Team SHP (formally know as Pandas Furry Friends; PFF) was founded in 2010 was to help make Christmas magic happen in the Bennington, VT. for families struggling to afford a Merry and Bright Christmas. We’ve dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this charitable cause, and hope you’ll help us continue this work. See how you can help by contacting us below.
Clothing Drives
One of our goals is to ensure that the most vulnerable and at-risk groups in the Bennington, VT. area are safe and have their basic needs taken care of. Relay 4 Life
Every year Team SHP does a Relay 4 Life event. Relay 4 Life is a nationwide annual event in honor of animals and humans who were struck with cancer.
